For the first time in the UK the Concept QarmaQ and i-Mode will be showcasing, only previously being on display at International Motor Shows.
Thanks to extensive use of advanced materials, QarmaQ is 60 kg lighter than a comparable vehicle made with traditional materials. The vehicle would require 80 fewer litres of fuel per year, and would cut annual greenhouse gas emissions by more than 200 kg.
The i-Mode (HED-5) is a combination of visionary styling with future technologies and advanced eco-dynamics. It has a 6-seater monocab that incorporates high-tech materials, a world premiere seating concept and a state of the art entertainment system.
The i-Mode is an innovatively styled and eco-friendly. The materials used are lighter and more adaptable than the metal and glass they replace. This, in combination with a lightweight body construction, reduces fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. Self-healing water based bodywork finishes add to the environmentally friendly concept of the vehicle and even let minor scratches magically disappear by themselves.
